Dyna Diversa is a collaborative European initiative designed to strengthen Diversity Management Skills (DMS) in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). As universities become increasingly diverse in terms of culture, language, socioeconomic background, ability, gender identity and learning needs, institutions require structured tools and strategies to respond effectively.
