What is DYNA DIVERSA?

DYNA DIVERSA is an Erasmus+ cooperation project in higher education that aims to strengthen Diversity Management Skills (DMS) through dialogue, skill exchange, training, and digital learning resources.

The project is mainly for higher education professionals such as lecturers, trainers, staff, and diversity/inclusion officers. It also involves students and will benefit universities, NGOs, policymakers, youth organisations, and other stakeholders interested in inclusion and diversity.

The project includes local DMS dialogue events, a 3-day Skill-Swap event, a findings and recommendations report, a training strategy and curriculum, interactive learning modules, a Learning Quest, a digital platform, and the DyDi app.

The Learning Quest is the project’s e-learning training experience. It will include interactive and scenario-based modules that help higher education professionals develop practical Diversity Management Skills.

The Dyna Diversa digital platform will host the project’s learning content, resources, and updates. It will also provide a space for engagement, collaboration, and access to the Learning Quest.

The DyDi app is the mobile companion to the platform. It will make the project’s learning resources easier to access from smartphones and tablets and support flexible learning on the go.
