Project Activities:

WP1 – Project Management

This work package ensures the effective coordination and smooth implementation of the entire project. It focuses on strategic planning, financial management, internal communication and quality assurance. Clear monitoring mechanisms are established to track progress, manage risks and ensure that all activities are delivered on time and according to agreed standards. Regular coordination meetings foster transparency, collaboration and shared responsibility among partners. Beyond administrative oversight, this work package safeguards the coherence of the project’s vision, ensuring that each output aligns with the overall objective of strengthening Diversity Management Skills in higher education.

This work package concentrates on research, dialogue and knowledge exchange. Through structured roundtables, consultations and collaborative discussions, partners explore existing Diversity Management Skills gaps within higher education institutions. At the same time, a “Skill-Swap” approach encourages institutions to share effective practices and innovative solutions. By combining critical analysis with peer learning, this phase builds a comprehensive understanding of current institutional realities. The findings are synthesised into a structured assessment and recommendations framework, forming the evidence base for the development of the training programme and ensuring that future outputs are grounded in real needs and experiences.

WP3 focuses on designing the core educational framework of the project. Based on the findings from WP2, partners collaboratively develop a structured training curriculum tailored to higher education professionals. The work includes defining learning outcomes, designing module content, integrating case studies and ensuring pedagogical coherence. Special emphasis is placed on practical applicability, enabling participants to transfer knowledge directly into institutional contexts. The outcome is a comprehensive training package that blends theoretical foundations with actionable tools. This work package transforms research insights into a structured learning pathway that builds sustainable Diversity Management Skills.

This work package brings the training programme into a dynamic digital environment. It involves the design and development of an accessible online platform and the DyDi mobile application, which host the interactive Learning Quest and related resources. The digital infrastructure supports scenario-based learning, user engagement and flexible access across devices. Attention is given to usability, accessibility and inclusive design to ensure broad participation. By combining educational content with innovative digital tools, WP4 ensures that Diversity Management training becomes scalable, interactive and adaptable to different institutional and professional contexts.

WP5 ensures that the project’s results extend beyond the immediate partnership and contribute to broader systemic change. This work package develops and implements a structured dissemination strategy targeting higher education institutions, policy makers and professional networks. Activities include conferences, workshops, online campaigns and stakeholder engagement events. The goal is to promote awareness, encourage adoption of the training programme and stimulate dialogue on diversity management across Europe. By prioritising visibility, sustainability and replication potential, WP5 strengthens the long-term impact of Dyna Diversa and supports the integration of inclusive practices within higher education systems.
